From the 2017/2018 academic year, an obligation to document electronically the course of studies using an IT system was introduced at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk.

The traditional index has been replaced by an electronic index.

The Academy provides the student and the lecturer with an access to documentation of the course of studies, kept in electronic form through an individual account in the Student / Pedagogue Panel on the website akademus.asp.gda.pl.

The electronic index contains, among others: confirmations of entries for the semester, information on vacations granted, removal from the list of students, renewals, transfers, and above all the list of courses/ groups of courses implemented in individual semesters by the student – together with grades and exams.
