The collections are available for presentations in the reading room or outside in the rental room during the following hours:
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 9:00-16:00

The library is closed for readers on all Saturdays, Sundays and other public holidays and in August (summer break).

The Library is led by the Library Manager, who makes decisions regarding the functioning and development of the Library that are not reserved for the authorities of the Academy of Fine Arts and the Library Council.
The profile of the collection corresponds with the fields of study offered by the Academy and is a response to the needs of the research workshop of the Academy's students and teaching staff. In particular, it includes literature in the fields of history and theory of art, including painting, sculpture, architecture, industrial design, interior architecture and furniture, artistic and applied graphics, fabric, clothing, ceramics, glass, handicrafts, photography, folk art, theater, aesthetics, philosophy, social sciences, history and theory of culture, universal history, regionalism.
