The right to use the lending library is granted to a person who has an active Reader account in the electronic library system.

Readers borrow library materials for their own use only and are fully responsible for them. It is unacceptable to share borrowed materials with third parties.

The reader may borrow library materials only in person. When ordering library materials from the book store, a separate order (reverse) containing the signature, author, title of the work and legible signature should be placed for each title. The reverse should be filled in legibly and with a pen, fineliner or pencil. In case the title cannot be made available, the reverse shall be given back to the reader.

The following library materials are excluded from borrowing:

1. titles belonging to the reference collection marked additionally with the words "Reading room";
2. magazines;
3. typescripts;
4. encyclopedic publications, reference books, dictionaries, guidebooks;
5. albums, unique and expensive materials;
6. materials published before 1945;
7. documents of social life;
8. microfilms;
9. cimelia;
10. sound and visual collections;
11. publications intended for repair and maintenance;
12. publications imported through interlibrary loans.
